Exercise is one of the healthiest lifestyle habits you can adapt. A few years back, exercise was seen as a tiring inconvenience for most people. However, with the advent of Youtube, online magazine and sites, mobile apps and social networks, there are so many workout videos, tutorials and routines to partake. Also, going to the gym (which adds to the “inconvenience”) is slowly becoming obsolete as many of these exercises can be done right in your living room or hotel room. One must be careful however, that you are getting your information from reputable sources and not ones that will put you in discomfort for a few days or life. Here are some of the easy routines I combine into my daily workout via Men’s Health:
100+ Ways To Use 10 Pound Dumbbells
There are so many moves in this video, you must find a few you like :). Dumbbells can be easily purchased on any online marketplace and just pause video to capture any move.
Mini-Band Push Pull
This exercise requires a single mini-band and you are on your way. Great for strength training.
Band Glute Bridge
Make your hip thrusts harder and strengthen those glutes simultaneously with a loop resistance band. This workout will get your core pumping.
These moves will have you burning all over. You will not be disappointed.
These are just some of the routines you can adapt and practice as often as possible right in the comfort of your home. No more gym, or heavy gym equipment. However, if you think the community environment of a gymnasium works for you, by all means, go there. The goal is to get you moving.
Which one of these moves did you like and do you workout regularly? Let me know in the comments below.
